We always bring printed guides with maps of the surrounding area of the venue to trade shows. These are appreciated by booth visitors, as they help them find hotels or other relevant locations nearby. For this year’s drupa we cooperated with our partners and made a couple of these.

This bar & restaurant guide displays bars and pubs in the Altstadt area of Düsseldorf. The design matches a relaxed evening in a bar with drinks and snacks to unwind and catch up. It also includes a QR code leading to the locrFINDER, which shows the locations on the user’s mobile device.

The same map was also featured on printed guides for the Print & Digital Convention Guided Tours held by the German association Fachverband Medienproduktion. These flyers contain information and dates of guided tours at drupa, show which partners are part of the tour and where to find them at the venue.

Together with HP another map guide was made: It displays all the HP PageWide partners, their booth numbers, solutions they offer and how far they are from the HP booth. A map in the typical HP design shows where they are located in the drupa halls. This is valuable for anyone working with HP or interested in meeting HP partners and shows where to find them at a glance.

This guide can also be used online: by scanning the QR code, all partner locations are shown on the user’s phone or digital device.

It is always a pleasure to meet up with the Dscoop community. For drupa a Dscoop partner map was created, handed out to members and prospects. It displayed all partner booths in the drupa halls and had the typical Dscoop design.

Tourist attractions, partner business locations, event venues or the surrounding area: There are many ways to get creative and bring value to trade show and event visitors with printed and cross media map guides. These make every trip easier and add value to the stay.
